Privacy
Privacy by consent, not by surprise.
Website operator and contact: ANUNAKI VENTURES LTD (Company No. 17449336), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For privacy inquiries, use the Help & Contact form and select the relevant topic.
When you use our contact form, we process the topic, your email address and your message solely to receive and answer your enquiry. Form submissions are forwarded through FormSubmit, a third-party email-delivery service which processes the submitted information to deliver it and prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general enquiry. Website hosting providers may process technical and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Additional data is processed when you actively use a service and provide any required permissions.
PAIRVA stores the profile, preference, location, contact, match, outcome, safety and billing data needed to operate matchmaking. A profile prepared by an AI is not sent into the PAIRVA network until the user reviews and approves the structured fields.
Sensitive matchmaking data
Dating preferences and some compatibility fields can reveal or strongly imply sensitive information such as sexual orientation or religious/philosophical beliefs. PAIRVA therefore records a separate explicit consent for processing this information for matchmaking. The consent record includes the policy version, time and whether consent was given through the web app or an AI/MCP client.
Users can withdraw matchmaking consent from the Account panel. Withdrawal immediately removes the active profile from discovery, prevents new matchmaking actions that require that consent, and clears the active matchmaking profile, preferences, future locations, photos, contacts and private outcome feedback according to the server privacy lifecycle. PAIRVA may retain limited transaction, billing, abuse-prevention and safety records when a valid legal basis requires them. Permanent account deletion is available separately.
What stays private
Private contact channels are not included in candidate previews and Mutual Yes does not reveal them. Mutual Yes creates the shared PAIRVA conversation; an external channel is disclosed only when the member who owns that channel explicitly shares it in that specific conversation. Exact date of birth is used for 18+ eligibility and is not intended to appear on candidate cards.
Connected Sources
Connected Sources are optional and use separate owner consent and per-source permissions. Connecting a source does not silently rewrite the visible profile: evidence-derived facts remain subject to owner review. Revoking a source or Connected Sources consent follows the source privacy lifecycle and does not silently re-grant permission later.
Pairva Syntax
PAIRVA may build a private compatibility model from information you explicitly provide, scenario choices you answer, corrections you make, and other consented PAIRVA activity. The model estimates compatibility and possible decision patterns with uncertainty; it does not state what a person will certainly do. Sensitive Syntax characteristics are not silently inferred. Withdrawing matchmaking consent clears the active Syntax model, scenario answers, precedence answers and calibration records together with the active matchmaking profile.
AI clients
An AI client should send PAIRVA only structured fields necessary for the requested matchmaking action. PAIRVA does not require access to an entire chat history. Saving a profile through MCP requires both explicit profile approval and explicit sensitive-data consent. Connected AI clients can be reviewed and revoked separately.
Location
Country is the primary location signal. Region and city are optional. Future-country plans are used only for matchmaking while an active sensitive-data consent is present.
Deletion
Users can permanently delete their account from the Account panel. Additional privacy details, data retention information and contact processes are updated when new services become available.
This notice will be updated when new services or data-processing features are introduced, including relevant retention information and ways to exercise privacy rights.
